We got the kids excited here at Mascoma with signs which read "Watch this Space for Something New Coming Soon." We turned our Deli Cart into a TACO TRUCK and so far it has been a rousing success! The kids love tacos. We offer hard or soft tacos, taco salad bowls, nachos, burritos, and include three or four hot filling choices and a full array of toppings. We increased interest and participation by offering even more dining choices to students and staff.
