It was a fun day serving curious high school kids a Mediterranean themed lunch at Mascenic High School. The menu we served was a Greek salad of tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta, and house made red wine vinaigrette, seared beef Kofta Kebabs with brown rice, tahini, and house made pita bread. We had students and staff try something new that they normally would not have tried and it went very well!
