It was a great show at the Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitfield, NH last week as they hosted the 2019 Tri-State ASBO. Chris F., Frank G., and I were in attendance seeing some familiar faces and building new connections. We served up a variety of slider like sandwiches using Boar’s Head brand deli meats. A salad of watermelon, cucumber, basil, and lime was served alongside three different mini sandwiches. We served a London broil with herb cream cheese; caramelized onion chutney; and arugula on a sweet Hawaiian roll, Smokemaster ham; gouda cheese; pickles; and spring greens with honey mustard on pretzel bread, and roasted turkey breast; apples; and maple thyme mayo on multigrain bread.
