See what the Fresh Picks Café chefs have been cooking up!

We celebrated international week and made dishes honoring the countries of our student’s origins. We had Korea and Spain specials earlier this week, Germany yesterday and Brazil today! We decorated the cafe with the world’s flags and played the appropriate country’s music each day. The students interest was apparent and several mentioned how much they liked everything we offered - Churrasco chicken, Brazilian rice, black bean stew with Chimichuri, “Brazi Bites”, fried cheese balls, orange salad, homemade wiener schnitzel, wurst, braised red cabbage, and spaetzle.
